Felix Torres Year-Round Farmworker Housing The Felix Torres Year-Round Farmworker Housing continues to accept applications. You can download the application from Housing Services – Farm Labor tab or pick up a paper application at the office located at 925 N. Plainsburg Road, Planada, 95365.
