Farm Labor Program
The Farm Labor Housing provides housing for year-round and migrant or seasonal domestic farm laborers. A domestic farm laborer is a person (and the family of such person) who receives a substantial portion of his or her income from farm labor work.

This program is funded by the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA). The Housing Authority has one housing development in the City of Planada with a total of 50 year-round rental units.
