Position Summary
Under the direction of an Accounting Manager, manages basic clerical bookkeeping functions including preparation of financial reports; maintenance of computerized records; and payroll processing.
Minimum Qualifications
Education
Associate of Arts Degree in business/accounting (60+ semester units), OR one year of bookkeeping experience (equivalent to 24 units), OR trade school completion in business/accounting (equivalent to 12 units)
Experience
Two years of work experience within a position which supplies working knowledge of the full range of financial operations in automated accounting systems for accounts payable and receivable.
Licenses
Valid California Driver's License required; applicant must be insurable.
Physical Requirements
Must demonstrate satisfactory physical condition for job requirements; employment conditional on pre-employment physical examination.
Other Requirements
U.S. citizenship or lawful permanent residence status. Must provide identity and employment authorization documentation.
