Executive Director

Chief executive responsible for overall leadership, administration, and strategic direction of the Housing Authority.

Finance Officer

Oversees financial operations, budgeting, accounting, and fiscal reporting for the Authority.

Accounting Technician I/II

Performs technical accounting duties including accounts payable, receivable, and financial record maintenance.

Administrative Clerk I

Provides entry-level clerical and administrative support including filing, data entry, and front office duties.

Administrative Clerk II

Performs experienced-level clerical work including correspondence, scheduling, and office coordination.

Receptionist – Typist

Greets visitors, answers phones, routes inquiries, and provides general clerical and typing support.

HR Manager & Clerk of the Board

Manages human resources functions and serves as Clerk of the Board of Commissioners.

Development Technician

Provides technical support for housing development projects including documentation and compliance tracking.

Director of Housing Programs

Directs and manages all housing assistance programs including voucher and public housing operations.

Director of Housing & Community Development

Leads housing and community development initiatives, programs, and strategic planning efforts.

Maintenance Manager

Coordinates, assigns and reviews the maintenance department pertaining to all grounds, buildings and equipment.

Housing Choice Voucher Program Supervisor

Supervises day-to-day operations of the Housing Choice Voucher (Section 8) program and staff.

Eligibility Lead Worker

Leads eligibility determination activities and provides guidance to eligibility specialists on complex cases.

Eligibility Specialist I

Performs entry-level eligibility determinations for housing program applicants and participants.

Eligibility Specialist II

Conducts experienced-level eligibility reviews, recertifications, and compliance monitoring for housing programs.

Housing Program Specialist I

Provides entry-level program support including inspections, lease compliance, and tenant relations.

Housing Program Specialist II

Performs eligibility and other tasks associated with participants in assigned housing programs.

Asset Manager

Manages the Authority's real estate portfolio including property performance, budgets, and capital planning.

Housing Complex Manager

Responsible for the management and maintenance of the properties under their jurisdiction.
