Chief executive responsible for overall leadership, administration, and strategic direction of the Housing Authority.
Oversees financial operations, budgeting, accounting, and fiscal reporting for the Authority.
Performs technical accounting duties including accounts payable, receivable, and financial record maintenance.
Provides entry-level clerical and administrative support including filing, data entry, and front office duties.
Performs experienced-level clerical work including correspondence, scheduling, and office coordination.
Greets visitors, answers phones, routes inquiries, and provides general clerical and typing support.
Manages human resources functions and serves as Clerk of the Board of Commissioners.
Provides technical support for housing development projects including documentation and compliance tracking.
Directs and manages all housing assistance programs including voucher and public housing operations.
