Position Summary
Performs skilled tasks involving monitoring, coordination and scheduling related to development and construction projects under supervisor direction.
Minimum Qualifications
Education
High school completion (12th grade); specialized training in construction management, property management, or building inspection preferred, or one year satisfactory performance in related Housing Authority role.
Experience
At least two years of office clerical experience with significant computer use.
Licenses
Valid California driver's license with good driving record; must provide DMV printout upon request; must be insurable with agency's auto insurance provider.
Other Requirements
U.S. citizenship or lawful permanent resident authorization. Satisfactory pre-employment physical examination (employer-paid). Drug-free workplace compliance. Employment authorization documentation required.
