Position Summary

Provides highly responsible administrative and management duties to all Housing Programs administered by the Housing Authority. Oversees owned and managed properties while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, personnel management, and fiscal responsibility.

Minimum Qualifications

Education
Bachelor's Degree (120+ semester units) in public administration, business administration, urban planning, human services, or related field from an accredited institution. Relevant experience may substitute for up to four years of education.
Experience
Five years of increasingly responsible asset management in property management or comparable business activities. Minimum three years of supervisory experience with administrative asset management responsibilities.
Licenses
Valid California Driver's License (mandatory). Public Housing Manager certification and/or HCV program certifications (or ability to obtain).
Physical Requirements
Satisfactory physical condition verification via pre-employment physical.
Other Requirements
Good moral character demonstrated through background examination. U.S. citizenship or authorized employment status per Immigration and Nationality Act.
