Position Summary

Under supervision, performs eligibility and other tasks associated with participants in assigned housing programs. Insures that tenant files are maintained.

Minimum Qualifications

Education
Equivalent to two (2) years of college (48 semester units or more), and practical experience in the performance of general office recordkeeping. One year of office/clerical experience may substitute for one year of college coursework.
Licenses
Valid California Driver's License mandatory, with DMV printout required for verification. Must be insurable and acceptable to Housing Authority's insurance provider.
Other Requirements
Satisfactory physical condition for job requirements. Pre-employment physical examination at employer expense. U.S. citizenship or lawful permanent residency status required.
