Position Summary

Oversees assigned property management operations under limited direction of the Housing Programs Director. The role encompasses fiscal management, staff supervision, tenant relations, and property maintenance with significant autonomy and independent judgment.

Minimum Qualifications

Education
Equivalent to two years of college (48 units or more) and at least four years of experience in property management, fiscal management, customer relations, or staff supervision. Experience may substitute for education requirements.
Experience
Four years of experience in property management, fiscal management, customer relations, or staff supervision.
Licenses
Valid California Driver's License and Public Housing Manager or Asset Manager certification within twelve months of hire.
Physical Requirements
Clear speech, appropriate hearing and vision for unit inspections, manual dexterity for office equipment operation, and strength to lift up to 50 pounds.
Other Requirements
U.S. citizenship verification, background check clearance, drug-free status compliance, satisfactory physical condition verification.
