Position Summary

Provides administrative oversight and coordinates operations of the Board Clerk's Office and Human Resources functions under the Executive Director's supervision. Manages access to Housing Authority records, and all legislative actions while ensuring compliance with state and local transparency laws.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Minimum Qualifications

Education
Two years progressive experience in clerk and HR functions, or equivalent college coursework.
Experience
Four years supervisory experience in clerk and personnel functions preferred.
Licenses
Valid California Class C Driver's License; Municipal Clerk certification or HR Management certification preferred.
Physical Requirements
Work in controlled office environment; ability to sit extended periods, lift 20 pounds occasionally, read computer screens and printed materials.
