Position Summary

Oversees eligibility activities for assigned HCV Program staff, ensures quality of Federal Housing Quality Standards Inspections, performs above-average clerical work, extracts statistical data, and assists the HCV Manager as needed.

Minimum Qualifications

Education
Equivalent to two years of college (48+ units) OR general filing/record-keeping experience plus one year HUD-related housing eligibility work. One year clerical office experience equals one year (24 units) college credit.
Licenses
Valid California driver's license with DMV printout if required. Must be insurable and acceptable to the Housing Authority's insurance provider.
Other Requirements
Must pass pre-employment physical examination. U.S. citizenship or lawful permanent residence authorization required. Must provide identity and employment authorization documentation.
