Notice of Cancellation of the Quote for Small Purchase (QSP)
RE: QSP #2026-09 — Parking Lot Asphalt Repair with Seal & Stripping
18926 W. Henry Miller Road, Los Banos, CA 93635
The Housing Authority of the County of Merced (Authority) issued a QSP solicitation for the abovementioned services and received five (5) submittals in response. Of the submittals received, two (2) were determined to be incomplete, and three (3) were determined to be complete.
After a review of the submittals and the current budget allocations for capital improvements, the Authority has made the determination that, total costs for this project exceed the available funding, therefore it is not possible for the project to continue. All proposals submitted are hereby rejected.
The Authority would like to thank all respondents for the time and consideration put into preparing these submittals.
Vendor information will be kept on file for notification upon reopening of the project.
